Using the power of new awareness, breath, sounding, tuning, and interactive immersion into the innate musicality of our human instruments, we will explore the Tones, Demi-tones and Zones of our Sonic Anatomy, experience expressing the range of human emotions with sound, and play with musical modes, archetypes, and a little bit of improvisation!

The Sonic Anatomy is a collection of numerous sounds that resonate naturally in specific areas of our human bodies.
Whether using one tone to work on a specific area, or all tones concurrently, the process of sounding these tones opens up the body and gets energy and breath flowing where it has been stuck or stagnant.
This course offers a deeper dive and certifies you to weave the Sonic Anatomy into your own practice and to teach it to others!
There are several Tones - that move forward and backward FROM the body - and several Demitones - that resonate IN the body.

A two-day certification that teaches you how to guide the 42-tone Sonic Anatomy system. You’ll learn how to use voice and vibration to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and authentic expression in both individual and group settings.

Yes. The Foundations of Voice and Sonic Anatomy course is required. It teaches you the tones, the five zones, the basic practices, and how the system works in the body. You can complete Foundations online (available for purchase until November 21), through the 5 week live course or at a live 2 day workshop.

This cohort includes a post-integration call, a dedicated WhatsApp group for your class, and more structured facilitation practice throughout the weekend. You will also receive a digital badge.

Not at all! The tones are not tied to musical notes or performance. You can hum, whisper, speak, or sing at any pitch. The focus is on feeling, resonance, and embodiment. Anyone can learn this work.

You’ll learn how to guide tones with confidence, lead partner practices, hold emotional and somatic release safely, create voice-positive environments, and integrate the Sonic Anatomy into your current healing or coaching work. You’ll also practice creating and leading “tone-ics,” which are simple melodic sequences made from the tones.

There are so many ways to integrate this work! Many graduates integrate it into sound baths, Reiki, breathwork, yoga, somatic therapy, coaching, bodywork, trauma-informed work, group classes, retreats, and their personal practice. It pairs well with almost any wellness modality!

Yes. Once you complete the two-day training and the required practice afterward as well as the completion of any payment plan, you will receive your official Sonic Anatomy Guide Certification.

Yes! You’ll have access to your cohort’s WhatsApp community plus a follow-up integration call several weeks after the training. These spaces help you refine your facilitation and stay connected with your group.
