Remote
Part Time Contractor Position located in U.S., Canada, or Mexico time zones.
$30-35 based on Experience
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our team to evaluate, recommend, and implement Social Media & Marketing needs to help build successful promotional campaigns and cohesive branding.
To be successful, an applicant needs to be driven, creative, a self-starter and passionate about freeing peoples’ voices. They will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, (newsletters) advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. This position will collaborate and release content and events that increase awareness, engagement, and sales.
This position is paid hourly, with an expectation of 5 - 15 hours/week to start with opportunities for growth with the organization.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Outreach and networking to expand market reach.
Create consistent social media content including reels, graphics and compelling messaging showcasing Sing the Body Electric events and engaging our audience.
Support program coordinator with email campaigns and other admin tasks as needed.
Plan and execute campaigns spanning across digital platforms.
Analyze and identify company/market trends to look for both growth and improvement opportunities.
Measure and report performance and conversion rates across all marketing and communication initiatives.
Collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines and goals.
Other duties as agreed upon.

Requires work with other team members. This is a highly collaborative role. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills that support individuals and teams, effective problem resolution, and sustainable, successful working relationships.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Education:
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to take initiative, prioritize and multitask.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding in online marketing, social media and email affiliation.
Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
Creative, innovative, and willing to bring new ideas to the table.
Previous experience in similar business, digital business, wellness or related field.
Comfortable working in design programs such as Canva/Adobe Suite.
Knowledge in Kajabi, Squarespace or other CRM/LSM platforms.
Strong technology acumen working with G-Suite.
Experience and knowledge of project management software like Click up or Monday.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is almost exclusively a computer-focused, remote position. It is required that this individual is adept in using multiple forms of technological communication. It is imperative that the person who fills this role is easily accessible and responsive during designated business hours.
