This 5 week self-study course invites you to embark on a deeply embodied and playful journey into your own voice’s healing potential.
Adapted from the original Sing the Body Electric experience, this course guides you through the 12 foundational Tones, Demitones, Resonant Zones, and Healing Tone-ics—a sonic map of the body that invites energy, coherence, PLAY and vibrational health to emerge. Whether you're new to vocal work or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll explore simple yet profound voice practices without needing any prior musical experience.
Foundations of Voice & Sonic Anatomy is paced over five modules and is designed to mirror the rhythm of the live course: one module per week. This intentional pacing allows time for integration and for your nervous system to attune to each layer of practice. Through breath, toning, and tuning, you’ll rediscover your voice as a pathway to self-expression, emotional integration, and aliveness.
Along the way, you’ll be supported with weekly guidance, reflection prompts, optional community connection via our Facebook group, and a rich array of materials in your Kajabi portal.
This course is also your gateway into the Sonic Anatomy Guide Training (December 2025)—a deeper dive for those ready to share this practice with others.
